A bunch of people have asked me how I secure my track to the road bed so I've put together a short tutorial on how I do it on my model railroad. In addition I talk about how I weather the track. Hopefully you can use some of the ideas I demonstrate on your layout.

  • @usagta1 It's N scale

  • Does the weathering solution stain your bathtub when you rense the track? Keep up the great work!

  • I've never had any problems with staining.

  • After you finish the cleaning process, how long before you start cleaning the rails again? like once per month?

  • I live in an older house that's fairly dusty. I need to go around the layout with a track cleaning car about once a week. It takes about 10-15 minutes to clean off the dust. I've been working on the mainline so I haven't run anything in a while so there is a pretty good build up of dust.
