Robert Henke shows off Ableton's Sampler instrument. Due to sound quality issues, Ableton won't release this video officially, but there are some typically great sound design ideas in there.

  • @TheOnlyWiggles noob qq

  • more of this! please mister henke!!

  • Yeah, watching Robert Henke reminds me why use this program so much. Now that Ableton has paired with Cycling 74 there may be no reason to use another application for beat-based music. Seriously, if you can call up your own Max/MSP patches within Live, why would you need anything else?

  • Totally agreed. Live is finally an app that makes creation and production EASIER, not harder!

  • Bro, you need to learn how to spell first.

  • He should know pretty much everything there is, cause he works with ableton :) Think he made the Operator softsynth for ableton, not sure if he made sampler. He works with softsynth development in any case :)

good stuff, love operator btw. Endless posibilities!

  • i got Ableton for Mac 5.0.5 but i jus jus it to mix from itunes into Ableton and back into itunes-and so on till my head explodes! With the amount of learning it requires, I jus wish i knew how 2 use it like u do!!!

Dude, u got some skills to manipulate the programme that well

  • i second that.
