@N2thedrink I don't claim to fight for my freedom, I claim to have joined our military that 99.65% of our population is too afraid to do. I also claim that without us in Afghan land and Iraq, countless terrorist attacks would have went off had it not been for OUR no knock no Warrants on terrorist compounds siezing equipment with SPEED, ELEMENT of surprise, and VIOLENCE of ACTION! without those key attributes they would have destroyed hard copys of their plans by the time we got inside.

The 4th ammendment is your protection against UNLAWFUL searches and siezure. The Amendments are guidless not laws. The govt. makes laws Where does it say they CAN't kick in doors? They put out no knock warrants for special occasions. like drug searches and armed suspects because they could flush drugs and they NEED speed, violence of action, and surprise!
