@21manonego its cuz the ps3 and xbox 360 only have 2 cores and lame graphics so its pretty hard to keep everything smooth thats why it lags bad when you got tons of cops after you and causes some visual errors

That is good info actually, but how much use can this "particular console" make of the mod? Can you for example write your own executable cfg's to toggle your own custom settings under the dev console?
Kinda still need the PC to make the mod in the first place though, huh.
