Mega Man 4 Hack: Maverick Revenge-- Skull Man

Back to Mega Man games for now! I was keeping an eye out for this hack as well, made by vinnievincent85. While it's not the best Mega Man hack out there, it's better than hacks like C4, and 4 hasn't gotten much rep in comparison to 1 and 2 but lately that's been changing for the better.

Anyway, vinnievincent85 claims this hack is complete, but that's a false statement; the Wily levels have yet to be redesigned. This hack would be much nicer if there were a few major changes. I'm sure this is only a beta version, somewhat, as glitches are aplenty as you'll witness in my playthrough.

But I digress. The game is pretty solid, as long as the glitches are softened I imagine people will enjoy it. It's a bit more difficult than the original Mega Man 4 but not Rockman 6 RE or Rockman 5 G hard.

(I wonder why it's called "Maverick Revenge" when the 8 bosses are called "Robot Masters" in the Mega Man series, before the coming of X and such...)
