May i sugjest adding an nozel that hooks up to an air compreser and and a motion detector that starts to zombie and the compresser at the same time but the air only shoots for a second or to it.. the air comes from its mouth... it works very well in my haunted house.... nice job

@Ax2productions2012 Thanks for the suggestion!... I helped a friend make one of those for his haunted yard attraction (he made the prop, I made it motion activated). It worked very well!

what was the device you used to control the speed of the motor without losing the needed torque? Is it simular to a speed controller for a router?

@addie101307 It 's a home made speed controller (two 555 timer circuits). You can find ready made motor speed controller on the net, just make sure you get one for the right voltage and amperage of your load.
