  • Stop being a Stupid DumbAss... call customer support 1-800-288-2020, voice promts will ask for telephone # enter it, then say Exsisting Uverse, Then Billing, Tech Support or Cancelations. Stop being Pricks.

  • ATT tried to rip me off. they gave me a month free trial of elite 40$ service(6mbps), up from my 35$ service of pro(3mbps). the next month they tried to charge me 22 bucks MORE for "high speed internet". I'm actually still trying to get this sorted out, but keep getting bullshit from customer service. all in all i wanted to keep the elite service for 5 dollars more per month, but it appears i might be leaving uverse altogether if they can't even get simple things sorted out.

  • that's indeed poor service,see, thing is they have multiple office all around US and yet only have a single number to dial except of having a direct dial number for specific departments. This results in the customer having to deal with the annoying voice recording just for em to be routed to the right department and be placed on hold for 30 mins on queue.

  • I am a atat uverse costumer and each year that i was with them they lowered my bill for bien a long timed costumer. Their Uverse service is really great. Uverse is the best cable company out their!!!
