This has always been one of my favorite improvised scenes, of which there are many in this particular film.
Chevy Chase first demonstrating the 'proper etiquette' on how to drink (Jose Cuervo) Tequila, followed by off-the-cuff lyrics as he croons to the lovely Cindy Morgan.

I love watching Cindy's reaction to Chase's intended lunacy.
