95lb Dumbbell bench - Hulk Smash

Last set on 10/26/10. I like how the controlled drop at the end shakes the camera. Reminds me of Hulk Smash!

Nice lift!! I know this video is old. I use the same weight and what's helped me is not starting the lift until my back is completely flat. You will be starting with a concentric motion. This has helped me improve me pressing strength and one reason I believe dumbbells are superior to a barbell.

@rolland49 Thanks for the comment. I like dumbbells better too. I believe I get a better workout and I haven't injured myself unlike when lifting heavy with barbells.
