  • lookin great man!!

how long should you jump before/after the workout for some good cardio?

  • @nnneeennnjjjaaa after workout is best. I like to go 1 min on, 1 min off for 30 mins for an easy jump rope session. 2 mins on, 1 min off for 30 mins for a hard one

  • i guess you have nothing positive to say about any of my videos. it is obvious what you goal is when making comments. i hope you one day have a more positive out look vs the how you are now. take care and may others be less neg. towards you vs you to them

  • You need body fat to do power lifting. If your fat is too low, you will not have enough testosterone to do the heavy lifts. Also, your joints will be at greater risk of injury. When I am powerliting, I am around 10 to 12 % body fats. Bodybuilding and powerliting are 2 different sports.

  • @vintage1982 dude hes a body builder. I train hard cardio and what he was doing does make you out of breath...you're an idiot

  • @KewinDiemar im happy to hear that. i started off my doing 30 seconds of jumping, with 30 second breaks in between with four sets. what is your routine?

  • @lilnasty62 I did much more than Jumping, i did not jump in the start because i was too heavy, so i use a bike for cardio, alot! Btw, it´s all about keep going! That will give you results! Work hard every day, every moment, what you put into it, is what you are going to get from it! Be, realistic, if you just startet, wait for about, 3-4 weeks and you should start seeing small differenses, but the food is SO importent, you have to eat right! Btw, i now lost 76 pounds, so it can be done. :-)

  • @KewinDiemar when did you see results i just started jumping

  • how tall is he?

  • Dude, i just lost 64 pounds, and i want to thank you for helping me by inspiring me, you look great! And have the personality to match it! Thanks! :D

  • @vintage1982 to all my supporters, thanks for the support. Just try to ignore youtube haters like this guy. For ever reason, he just wants to pull us down to his level of depression. I know it is pretty sad that that is the case but that what haters are all about. They not happy with their lifes so they want to try to hurt others like the way they hurt
