That's one of the biggest hurdles I've found in learning Blender, when a simple fly through animation or fluid animation is considered advanced knowledge. And if you buy the books they're filled with toys examples that are neither creative nor useful, a 10 minute video can sometimes cover 20 to 30 pages of written text. Most video tutorials are bloated and convoluted. It's a thing of beauty when a tutorial can cover an 'advanced' subject without over-complicating everything, good job!

Woah. Now this can help me try animating on my laptop. Now gotta look for a tut on how to model something though..

@Wabefuhon @vandrewlongstrider
I using Blender 2.58a on 32 Windows Vista. It's a different layout. But it works just the same :3
Ive never made an animation in my life and i really wanna try...is blender hard to use? would it be good for a complete beginner like me?

@lillovedoctor Blender is designed for professional use, but that said, you can definitely learn it as a beginner, it will just take some time and determination. I would recommend checking out the noob tutorials on blender.org and also watch my other tutorials on my channel that show some more basic stuff. Before you learn to animate you should learn at least some basic modeling and such.

Hey thanks for the vid it helped alot :)3 there is one thing though, i have moved the camera around the room and it all works fine but how do you render this so that it shows as it would with textures and such?? thanks in advance...

@doommetalhead Assuming you already have the textures and such that you want added, then in the command bar at the top open the render menu and click 'render animation' or you can press control F12 on the keyboard.
