【贏家烤杏鮑菇】材料 / 杏鮑菇 200g、檸檬 1個、錫箔紙 數張、奶油 1匙、黑胡椒粉 適量調味料 / 柴魚醬油 5匙、味醂 1匙做法:1、杏鮑菇洗淨、擦乾、切薄片。2、將錫箔紙撕成數張,取一張塗少許奶油,鋪上4片杏鮑菇,淋上醬汁。3、撒上黑胡椒,包成糖果狀,放入鍋內燜烤。4、食用時滴上幾滴檸檬汁即可。
