Hello (again). I already showed you my Halo 3 model viewer Rawcheeze in this video: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=stXE3TFfAT4
But I decided to make and upload a new one of the upgraded version, because just everything is better now: the camera, the user interface (kind of) and of course the rendering itself because now the engine gets more information from the game shaders etc. in order to enhance the model rendering ...

Let me ask you something: Did bungie duplicate model definitions in every map? i.e: the pelican model is stored in every map that uses it or there are just tags and the models themselves are stored uniquely in a different file?

@arashikage82 There are unique models in some maps as i remember and many shared ones (e.g. in "shared.map") which are used by different maps. The metadata of a model is stored in every map in which the model is used.

hey im seeing if i can take reach or halo 3 models and export it can u tell me what program u used to make this and tell me how to?

@TravisSjursen you can either dump the maps directly from your halo 3 dvd to your pc with a special firmware/drive or use ftp, if you have a JTAGed 360. but if you install the game on your 360, i believe you can use a special HDD connector to download the maps without having your 360 or pc drive hacked ...

I just donnloaded it but it doesn't seem to be working when I try to run the Program all I get is a message saying the file is corrupt/damaged. Could you take a look at it?
