hey man nice plant, get some bigger lights though, a few 250W CFL's would do, but nothing beats HPS bulbs.. especially in cool tubes as you can stick them right next to your plants.
Also your roots looked a bit brown, watch out for root rot(happens alot in bubbler systems), can be fixed with a bigger air pump, and Pythoff if needed.

what wattage should you use for HPS?

in a closet that small i'd say a 250 wattt HPS would be best, 400 watt MAX only if you stick it in an air cooled hood with a gaint fan.
you'd be best to start with a 250 watt cool shade, with say a 5 inch fan. check out ebay or growell for options dude.

Do you use only liquid nutrients?What about the nutrient tablets?And not a problem if use of liquid for all Seeds kit?

Also, try grabbin an Envirolite or two off ebay they are truly amazing in this kinda (closet) set up... trust me lol

i should add some side lights. i like that idea. extreme bud man. great for first time.
