3 rounds,

1st. round: stair jumps, 10 knees, 10 sit ups, 10 triceps pushups, 4x10 pushups at every 200m (running), 50m tire rolling, 100 ropeskips & 10 pushups with jumps :)

2nd round:
...
harder stair jumps, 20 knees, 20 sit ups, 20 triceps pushups, 4x20 pushups at every 200m (running), 50m tire rolling, 200 ropeskips & 20 pushups with jumps :)

3rd round:

even harder stair jump exercise, 30 knees, 30 sit ups, 30 triceps pushups, 4x30 pushups at every 200m (running), 50m tire rolling, 300 ropeskips & 30 pushups with jumps :)
