The Marine in this video is a fucking turd. Wearing utilities in public, no cover, visible jewelry (other than a wedding band), non regulated (completely fucked up) haircut, and he's a private returning from combat operations... looks like someone's faced non-judicial punishment.

only douche bag soldiers wear their dog tags on the outside of their uniform and where is his cover? His hair is very long for a marine and he's not wearing a cap! Pssh
