Using a matrix sequencer to simulate a cross fader.

Reason 4 matrix scratch: Tutorial

Create a combinator, inside that create an NN19
Load your desired sample into the NN19, and set sample loop mode to FW-BW
Create a Matrix sequencer below the NN19, on the rear of the matrix
Set the Unipolar/Bipolar to curve 1 and connect the Curve CV to the Rotary 1 input on the combinator
Open the Programmer on the combinator and set the NN19 master level to rotary 1

  • @DomRee Yeah you've got a point there. When I made the matrix scratch 3 vid I put a little more effort into the beat
