When children are taught to respect their bodies and are encouraged to eat fruits instead of candy, eat whole grain bread instead of white bread, eat vegetables instead of Ramen Noodles and drink water instead of Kool-Aid. This education follows them throughout their life and reduces the chance of them developing hypo-kinetic, low motion diseases later in life.
everyone should exercise regardless of age weight and caloric intake. its funny how easy it is to go over your daily caloric intake with today's foods. so atleast 30minutes+ a day is good
