@johntvette hahaha... very true, these last 5 years norv definitely utterly tore apart the championship caliber team that AJ Smith HANDED when they fired Marty Shot. im not even sure why people are defending Norv still, i mean you gotta look at the track record he has. not just here, but every team he coached for. Hall of Famer WR Jerry Rice even called him the Worst coach he ever played for, including Pee Wee football. Coming from him kinda validates it for me lol

@jt10dcma Correction: Marty took a bad team and made them great. Let's not forget that Norv's pansy philosophies ruined what could have been the greatest running back in league history. Not to mention what his sissy leadership did to a once great defense. The team got soft under Norv. Hell, they even went from having the baddest looking uniforms in the league to these pansy ass uniforms they have now.

@assasincop yeah, definitely a chargers fan also, even with all these frustrating losses. we have so much talent on this team that it drives me nuts. next year is our year, as long as the adjustments are made... cough FIRE NORV cough hahaha

@PlayStation3MLB couldnt agree more with your AJ Smith bashing... i wouldnt even let that guy manage my fantasy team.... if i could revise this video i would definitely include Smith. Tolbert is my favorite Charger right now, ill be so pissed if they let him go...
