NEWS - Police falsely arrest Amateur Photographer under duress in UK (Outcome police pay damages)

Bob Patefield used his video camera to record the moment police stopped him from taking photographs of Accrington town centre. He shows how the police claims he was engaging in anti-social behaviour led to his arrest.........bob was arested under section 2 of the violent crime reduction act 2006...this section is used to enforce the law on drinking in prohibited area's and anti social drinking behavior in general which as I'm sure you'll agree had nothing to do with any of his activity and is clearly a breach of his rights as an individual.....don't believe me??? here's the act...:-

@1dantom its the principle, or the fact you don't want people you dont know having access to your personal information. its not criminal activity to want to keep your details private, its a free country & you are well in your rights to not give your details out to anyone, it doesn't matter if they have a shiny uniform on. if i commit a crime today, the police have a right to take my details & i have to accept that. but of course, your are entitled to your personal opinion & i respect it fully
