  • Quick question. My weakness is sour cream & onion potatoe chips lol. That's what I tend to binge on most. What are some healthy alternatives that will give me my crunchy, salty fix?

  • @CaliGirl438 Rice cakes! My favorite : )

  • Eeeek!! I binged from 900 calories approx a day to 1700!!! I'm currently drinking water and hanging my legs, I binged for my mum's 50th today, cake and indian and donuts :)

  • @Moviesmoveme Hope it helped and you're feeling better!

  • Summary: Replace all the carbohydrate mass carriers, namely all that is produced from cereals, and replace these by tons of vegetables that these provide plenty of potassium ion. Prepare them without salt, and add salt in the last place, so you will need less. Drink water regularly, every hour or even more frequently. NOT one litre on one occasion.

  • @kleenex3000 Absolutely NOT all at once! Spread the water throughout the day, lol!

I used to love broccoli, and i didn't eat it raw for about 5 years. I reached for it about a month ago and gaged, I couldn't even force myself to eat it. -but I LOVE spinach so i still get my greens in :)

  • @hitssquad I don't care what that "book" says, vegetables are a MUST for all humans!

  • @MadeFitTV It did, it really worked, some great tips there, other than physically, it was just nice knowing that I could put a plan into action, and just push the worry aside.

    Thank you, again!!

  • Thanks!!
