  • Dang, if my legs were that tiny I could probably do that, too! Regular chinups are nothing. I can climb trees and all other sorts of fun stuff, and am somewhat well-defined. But these giant bicycle legs of mine are dragging me down. My arms will need to be much stronger than his for me to be able to do that. Sadness.

  • @knifegill Don't despair- we have 100 kg (220lb) guys doing this stuff - train hard!

  • Stumbled on this vid and all these comments. What a colossal waste of time, although I did get a good laugh thinking that someone would make a video of themselves doing pull ups.

  • @paulbirrell Yeah - almost as bad as making videos of a garage sale and the local fast food store.... that last 10 times as long.... ;)

  • @eternalthuggin bruce was 'reputed' to do 50 OACs over the course of a training session, which is do-able. he didn't do them in a single set. big difference. lol. pwned!

  • in Israel? Tel-aviv?

  • @knifegill lol, you whiner.

  • @neddyynet I never attempted head infront pull ups before besides on a lat pull down machine, but I believe head infront focuses more on your lats and scapula. So you have to flex your back much harder to pull yourself up, which is harder IMO.

  • hey, is there any reason/advantage to doing pull ups with your head in front of the bar? subbed =)

  • WTF! This guy must be really heavy, how strong arms does he have? :O
