I thnk thats whats known as a boom touch/Strike perhaps one of the paddels came to turn a half a rotation,I've had it happen to mine without the consequences I cured by running a little ca round the top or the paddel once theyre set in place,just count the rotations off and count back on less 2 turns then a dribble of ca on the edge of the flybar/paddel and quickly wind on the last two turns.give a few mins to set and your good to go!.
