How to edit Manga Scans (Short Verision)

I've been editing for about a year now, but I have friends who will ask me how do it do it. Well, I created a quick short version on how to do so. It goes kind of fast (Originally this was a project for school) but I saw it would be a bit informational for others. If you have any questions on what do do, feel free to send a message.

OMGG!! i had problems bcuz i wanted to change the whole colour of this anime picturee and like, the shine and the tones were all der and stuff and i wanted all of dat but just a different colour. omds i did your Ctrl > Alt> U and it worked!! >=D thankyou~ x

do u know how to edit raw scans and then translate them xD?

Well in this video that was a raw scan, somewhat. I dont speak Japanese so I cant translate them, but to answer your question, yes I can edit raw scans but cant translate them. Sorry.

sorry i made a wrong question, the question was " do u know how to clean raw scan so you (or some1 esle) could translate it"...i wanted 2 do it myself but i didnt know how to get started fortunately i already found a tutorial...thx anyway
