What Is Homeopathy?

yes Homeopathic remedies are safe and gentle. What they are not, is effective. It's basically predatory snake-oil 'medicine' sold to people with more money than common sense. Unless, of course, they cheat and add biologically active amounts of REAL medicines, which has become more common (and is also illegal since homeopathy isn't nearly as regulated as 'normal' medicines, mostly because it isn't supposed to have any active ingredients AT ALL).
