LED traffic light

Traffic light with failing orange LED cluster.
This one is at intersection of Edmontond Rd and Central Park Drive , Henderson, Auckland, New Zealand.
Interesting to note that the orange LED cluster is failing and that colour is ON the shortest amount of time of the cycle.
You would expect the Red one to go first.
This light must be about 2 years old.

Or perhaps moisture got into it and damaged it? I've seen that happen.

@TehMG Possible, but these amber lights had a manufacturing fault in them with poor soldering on the LED boards

Nope, a lot of led's have failed or the circuitboard is cracked.

Always hard to get a good shot where you can't park and hope the colour change happens at the right time.
