He's good, but his /a" vowels are too darkened, as he's singing an /o/ vowel. He cuts off the bright side of the vowel, the higher frequencies in this way and in my opinion he shouldn't, as his voice is quite nice naturally. Vowel modication occurring on high pitches should be minimal and gradual, not a rule on every note ( he does it on E and F which still could be sung intelligibly). But bravo, and he sings with passion and taste.
