I disagree with the idea that we "are" a soul and "occupy" a body. The body is just as sacred as the spirit. The body and spirit are interdependent and we need both to be truly human.

@AllahConsciousness Yes the size of the soul is described as one ten-thousandth part of the tip of the hair. "The working senses are superior to dull matter; mind is higher than the senses; intelligence is still higher than the mind; and he (the soul) is even higher than the intelligence." [Bg. 3.42]. The soul is a superior engergy from god which is covered by this inferior engergy of the material world. Once we realize our connection with god we are back to the superior plane.

If you are intellectual people then try appreciate good in "Journey of Self Discovery". I came across this video and after viewing I can't say this is greatest clip I've seen. But behind this short move is great idea and philosophy. It is my opinion.
