@mmazumder2 , And your so called "History" is complete lie. Mujib never forgave any body.According to Shimla treaty Pakistani officers were handed over to Pakistan to prosecute them.He had to do this because thousands of Bengalis were stuck in West Pakistan so Mujib had to free them.And Now its time to Prosecute the Bangalis who helped Pakistan with Genocide.

@mmazumder2,You sir certainly don't have any idea about how our judicial system work.If any lawyer(National or International) wants to perform legal practice in our country he/she must come through a proper channel like any every other countries such as applying into the bar council and have to attend a certification exam.Court house is not your mom's bedroom that people will come and go according their own wish they have to get e permission first.

Totaly politically motivated . This is a tactic to supress opposition. According to history there were 195 war criminals most of them were pakistani army officers. They were pardoned by Sheikh Mojib and also by India. There has been no specific complaint against these people last 39 years in any court. If this is international war crime tribunal why this govt. doesn't allow Lawyer from international community?
