Thus, when an industry professional speaks badly about the stuff HE made that they like, they feel offended and can't handle it.

i have to disagree with you~ i am korean, my brother used to work for SM ent ,he .sorta have the same "View" as you except .... these idols DO GET TRAINEE HOW TO SING . anyways it sorta annoys me when i see people saying "kpop idols" can't sing and no real singing? this doesn't just apply to korea, pop is like this everywhere people really like kpop because it offers dancing, looks, and what i find people really like, is the variety shows they participate in. it's entertainment.

I agree with most of what you said, but I still like kpop, haha. I'm not exactly sure why I do since I know how manufactured it is and everything, but I'm not going to pretend not to like something I do, so I just accept it and go with it. At least it's helping me remember Korean words since it is catchy lol. Hm, and I think a reason why international fans get so obsessed is because kpop isn't all over the place where they live, so they have to try harder to be exposed to the new songs.
