On the front straight doing 130mph, something breaks. The cobra veers hard right and off track. The car leaves a 6O foot gash in the asphalt as it veered before leaving the track and continued for an additional 500 feet off track to its resting point. I received only minor injuries to my left knee and bruised ribs.

Well that is one HELL of a story to tell "was in a 130mph crash walked away with a scratched knee and hurting ribs"

@nicko500s that just what happens when a camera is pointed directly at the sun. It is too bright for the camera to handle.
I found this on CNN.com. Hell of a crash, glad you are ok. You can see you tried to cut the wheel to the left but nothing could have avoids the result. Don't sell it. Fix it and you feel good again and race it.

@MR01cobrasvt Real easy to say from your computer chair. If he felt like it was something to be worried about Im sure he would have let off. There was no reason to suspect anything of the magnitude of what happened and there was no way anyone could know without having a time machine.
