  • Ive been working out seriously for 3 years now, mostly weights and running, do body-weight in the morning to wake up, after watching this video decided to see if i could do them, busted out 4 on each arm, hell yeah, new goal 25per arm in a single set

  • @angrypunkjunkie yup, the farther apart they are the easier it is. ideally you would have your ankles crossed, as this brings your legs to a focal point, maximizing the pressure on your arm.
