Hertz: the unit of frequency; one hertz has a periodic interval of one second
it is also what we measure the frequency of AC electrical systems with.
24 Hz is more felt than heard. it is very low. the audible frequency for a human ear is around 20 Hz. so it is more "felt" than heard
