Gothic doll dance 2004

This little dance I did when I was about 14 (a intermediate student at the time) was done with last minute broken pointe shoes that weren't even mine :P The music from Nightmare Before Christmas, a black dress with a purple petticoat, and stripe stockings :P

This dance I did long ago, and has been one of my favorites I have done. This dance was inspired by Dolls, not Ballerinas. I wasn't trying to be graceful but tried to make my moves like a doll would if a doll danced.

I danced this dance... to dance! To throw the rulebook out the window. This dance is NOT POINTE OR BALLET! It is ballet, tap, jazz, and a touch of doll :P

This is a dance to where people will either like or be offended at my "horrid" moves and not being 100 percent ballerina. At least that's the response I see in comments and emails.

In conclusion, The Lord and master Foamy may forever rule, thanks to Danny Elfman and Tim Burton for Inspiration when I was very young. Thank you for reading

i think its wonderful. it looks really like a doll dancing and thats just art! maybe tougher than doing it the traditional ballet-way.

Great work! Looks awesome! I did ballet from age 6-12, but when I got on points it hurt so freakin' much that I switched to other styles of dance. It's very admirable that you went that far!
