Now that hes proved ethnic identity to be bull-crap, John decides he must practice what he preaches and stop feeling Jewish. He reads about the practice of obliteration: where you burn all bridges with your past and rid yourself of your ethnic identity. In order to render himself a clean slate, ready for cross-cultural love, John decides to take part in the ultimate obliteration. A de-Jewing so severe, no modern Jew has thought to do it. He sets off for the Philippines to take part in his most dangerous and outrageous adventure yet.
