its not cruel ... the only thing that is cruel is the stupid trainers that use the soring ... if you have never owned a twh or even ridden one or been around one you would know that it isnt cruel .. and well if its soooo bad my 29 yr old horse who was padded for 15= yrs .. well lets just say hes doing damn fine .
