Sorry guys, but the numbers are bullshit. Its all biological and there ARE limits to what the human body can accomplish. Even with gifted genetics, a perfect diet, solid weight training routine, adequate rest and a relentless determination, the most muscle (pure muscle not mass) a human can gain is 1-2 lbs a month. With Steroids you can gain 2-4x that. Now judging from the pictures I CAN say that those results are possible without steroids, but those numbers are simply not possible in 6 months.

I like your attitude of being the best. You are no one else. You are yourself. All that counts is comparing your before photos to your after photos. Someone online will always find a way to put you down, but you're the only one who counts, and you have clearly won the war for your physique.

Tyler, your physical transformation is astonishing and shows great dedication at self-improvement. I am, however, saddened that you seem not to have applied any effort to improving your mind, since there's a spelling or grammar error on every single frame of your video except the last. Not trying to be mean, just pointing out that you are much more likely to be held back in life by your inability in your own native language than by not being perfectly built.

this took a lot longer than 6 months lol. you gained 40 pounds. are you suggesting then that you literally put on 7 pounds a month? lol meaning you put on over 1.5 pounds a week? i mean great results in the end, but this is a little misleading saying you did this in 6 months because you didnt.

@belgraviasw His body fat went down but that doesn't mean he lost fat. 9% bf at 140 is 12.6lbs. 7.8% bf at 180 is 14.04. He gained between 1-2 lbs of fat. The rest was muscle. So while he gained muscle, he kept his body fat gain to a minimum.
@tylersdoinit Unlike all the fatasses here crying and saying steroids or impossible, I'm going to say congratulations on your hard work. Anyone can sit on youtube and bitch about videos like this, but you'd rather get in shape and be happy.
