This is not an Incoming Artillery Attack. There is an Artillary gun position somewhere around this area....Trust me people..I am very familiar with inciming and outgoing artillery sounds. But....it dosn't mean that these people would not get any incomin attack. Thay have two options. 1. Take the gun positions out of the civiliance occupied areas, or 2. Take the civiliance away from these gun positions.
