The opening movement of the duet in C major by SL Weiss from the Harrach Rochrau manuscript. This is the only lute duet of Weiss in which both parts survive. First time I've tried to play a duet with myself; I recorded the audio of lute 2 then played along with lute 1. Messy in parts, it was hard to keep the rhythm and phrasing together all the way through. Performed by Daniel Shoskes on a 13 course baroque lute by Andy Rutherford
