You can buy tickets two ways: At the bar @ Justine's, or online, through Frontgate tickets here;

These pre-sale tickets are $50. (On the night of the event, tickets will be available at the door for $65.) These tickets include entry and midnight champagne and cake. On New Year's Eve, we won't be serving our French menu, but you can buy hot Russian peasant food at stalls outside.
