I'm about to buy the Canon 600D..

Would you recommend getting a 50mm f/1.8 (for portraits) & 10-22mm f/3.5-4.5 (for wider landscapes/general photos) as my standard lenses for my camera to be?

Hey awesome video... I am just sorta doing some video editing and want to move to a more pro camera like the canon 5d mk ii... if your chasing lenses for everyday, sports, interview and maybe more of a movie look what would you guys all recommend?? cheers
