Sacrifice and Bliss

Made this as a birthday gift last December. It's many images to represent my own inspiration given from the artist, Anno Birkin for his song "Sacrifice and Bliss." While most is from anno.co.uk , including pixs of himself or his parents, Andrew & Bee, and few others in his life (Lee Citron, Ian Warwick, Milla Jovovich...), there is also a gluing of things, involving George MacDonald's story "At the Back of the North Wind" (illustrations from the book thrown through a lot of other images whether hurricanes and tigers or Buddha and Christ or India and the North Pole or whatever else whistled in there. There's a quick snip of Joseph Campbell, though his spirit is through it all...the song having the same name as pt 4 of his amazing television series, "The Power of Myth"). Not about to go on with what it all means to me (wouldn't be able to stop)...actually only put this long explanation here, because there's a tag limit. Enough! Just gonna let the video be and not be. It's the song that means something, but I will say this mess was so much fun to make, for there was a lot of love from Anno and Campbell and the one this gift was for and the story about the North Wind...
