First leg workout on Corey's program. German volume training for legs. Before this exercise I had dumbbell deadlifts, 10 sets of 10 with 30 seconds rest. So I was mighty dead even when I started. Clips from set 3, 6 and 9. At set 3 I realised I need to go down on weight.
