  • I had to get a modified brostrom ligament repair :(

  • my sprain is so bad i broke out in a sweat and got chills ..not good...and the local "bandaid station" couldnt tell me if its broken or not...so i guess ive got to depend on youtube for answers.

  • I sprained my ankle 6 weeks ago in ballet, but only just found out 2 weeks ago. I am now using various ankle braces and an aircast boot thingy.

  • My ankle sprain gives me the "heebie jeebies" . I don't like to move it because it's like someone scratching a chalkboard.....or a paper cut to the eyeball.
