  • He's probably at 6-7 percent body fat. Once u start getting below 4% you might run the risk of...I don't know...being DEAD???

  • you are not meant to work abs before your main work out because this weakens your core for when you do heavy lifting, causing risk of serious injury.

  • Well you know, that's kinda their job too. "TO LOOK GOOD". I'm an average person, so fuck that. :)

  • THEREFORE, IN CONCLUSION, IF YOU ARE AN AVERAGE PERSON WHO HAS A JOB, DO NOT FOLLOW THIS ADVICE, I WOULD SUGGEST YOU FOLLOW THE ADVICE OF OTHER NORMAL PEOPLE WHO HAVE SIX PACKS AND OTHER OBLIGATIONS THEN JUST GETTING IN SHAPE

  • o yeah i left out the part that these actors have no other mission or job but to get in shape...its a lot easier when you have a trainer and a cook to help you along, not to mention the best supplements and drugs money can buy....

  • i doubt he was at 3 percent body fat....if he was its only because his total body weight was pretty low....i think you could achieve this body a lot smarter and don't need to train 2-3 hours a day to get a six pack....pro bodybuilders who are natural train about 60-90 minutes a day and are able to achieve the same results at a higher body weight....

  • It is possible to have a 3% body fat. I knew someone who had a 2% body fat. He was a beast, he is now a nvay seal

  • You definately have no clue of fitness, go open a some exercise physiology books douche

  • he can read from the teleprompter but he definitely cant show us, he doesnt even look lean or buff.
