what are the circle holes inside the guitar. my strat has one in it and i dont know why you'd need it

If Fender Sprays their guitars with this shield paint why do people feel the need to shield it once again with copper or aluminum foil? Is the shielding paint usually not very effective? Or does Fender not do this on all their guitars? I have a bad noise problem and the grounds in my house check out fine when I test them. My noise is reduced quite a bit when touching the bridge or strings but not completely do I require extra shielding? Or could something else be the problem?

Am going to use radiator leak stop with a spray glue, and see how it works
Is the control cavity on that Strat cut out in the rear ? How can we see the material that the guitar is lying on THROUGH the control cavity ?

@pcollenYT Hi, yes, this was routed all the way through for installation of a ToneShaper, which we show in a different video.

hi i just installed a set of hum-cancelling dimarzio area pickups, and i followed their diagram on the website. i do have an aluminum foil shielding cut out under the pickguard, but when i plug my guitar in, not only do the pickups hum, but when i tap the pickguard or switch pickups with my 5 way, the sound from these actions are audible through the amp. when i am touching my bridge, the latter sounds generally go away. if you have any suggestions, that would be greatly appreciated! thanks!

@FFXGuitar Guitars hum when they're plugged in as they pick up EMI/RFI, but grounding the human usually makes some of the hum go away, as the human's body provides some degree of shielding. This is normal, and is the reason that guitar makers install a ground wire to the bridge. So hearing a reduction in hum when you touch the bridge is normal and expected. However, if you have excessive hum, then maybe something isn't connected properly, or you have a poor ground connection somewhere.

quik question. on this guitar. where the tone shaoer would go. the back of the guitar looks like it was cut to access the tone shaper. how did you accomplish this? and are yall gonna sell bodies like this or something?

@ghost6392 Yes, we routed through the back. The stock routing provides the template, simply use a pin router or a bearing-guided bit in a hand-held router to make the existing routing extend all the way through the body.
We can do it for you cheaply f you want to send us the body. Just give us a call.
