tribute to my dog rebel

this is a tribute to the memory of my best friend and most cherished pet. he was 5 months old when we got him and i have alot of chrished memories of him i was 4 years old when we got him and he died august 20th 2003 3 days before my 18th birthday due to lose of vision, hearing, arthritis in all his legs and organ failer he was 13. i never got to say goodbye to him the way i wanted to because i was away the last words i said to him before i left: was you be good for daddy while im gone i love you and i will see you again no matter what i promise. i recived a text message from my mom at 12.30pm saying that he had passed away at 10am and it broke my heart and i cryed for 2 days straight. 5 years on i still cry myself to sleep with the guilt of not being there when he needed me the most. i know he is waiting for me at rainbow bridge for me to take that last walk through hevans gates with him to where he will be truly happy with his family at his side.

RIP- LOVE YOU ALWAYS AND FOREVER. ALWAYS IN MY HEART AND NEVER FORGOTTEN.
