@RedPortiaOne It really takes a lot of discipline & willpower to become as great as he became!

@RedPortiaOne Thank you!!! I will look into this Dr. I try to eat as less processed food as I can, but I'm sure I can do better. I really appreciate your help and kindness!!! It truly means a lot!

@RedPortiaOne I try to stay strong. I also have a brain tumor that can't be removed, so my speech is double. Sadly there are days when I sound like I've had too much to drink.. Making the video memories for my daughter and granddaughters has been my therapy. So it was in 2003!! WoW he looks great and I'm so happy he shared his personal story. These are the things I like to hear! Thanks for your friendship! Blessings to you too! : )

A RARE video treat today for everyone. Here is a candid behind the scenes look on Lou Ferrigno's role as the Incredible Hulk and his drive to be the best body builder on earth. Hosted by the INCREDIBLE Lou Ferrigno. A must view for any Incredible Hulk Lou Ferrigno fan.
It is funny how little that we know about people... Thank you for sharing this inspiring video with me! Great Job, very informative! :)

What a true inspiration. A very touching interview. What a good man. Very good find! I always thought because of his speech he was from Europe. I didn't know how much he went through as a child. Loved the show and loved this! Thank you so much for sharing!

@angelgirls1980 Hey girls thanks for the wonderful comment :) I thought the same that he was German as well but found this out and was literally floored at how strong and courageous an individual he is. I kinda thought you had to be emotionally strong to go through those huge body building exercises but this video confirmed it. Lou is one of my all time hero's :)

@RedPortiaOne I agree, he is a strong spirit. now with my MS, I always think twice before assuming people's speech. He does sound like he has a German accent though. It looks like he continues to be a true inspiration. Do you know when this interview was done? Again, Thanks for sharing! Blessings, Patty

@angelgirls1980 Hi Patty :-) You sound as though you have a very strong spirit yourself, and dealing with MS is a life changing event. The interview was done in 2003 when the first CGI Hulk movie was being released. Aparently when a child cant hear and they learn to lip read, they cant hear themselves speak. So for some reason they sound as though they have a German accent. Ive heard other deaf speakers and they have a similar accent. You're very welcome and God bless :-)
