Beginners: Every 10 seconds change the working arm, make 4 Rep's with Right Arm + 4 Rep's with Left Arm = 48 Rep's in 2 minutes
Advanced: Every 10 seconds change the working arm, make 5 Rep's with Right Arm + 5 Rep's with Left Arm = 60 Rep's in 2 minutes
