The trench now extends around the perimeter entirely, has been deepened substantially, and the seep holes have been drilled at the base of the foundation all the way around. If you are not riveted by this series of video clips, check your pulse because you may be deceased.

  • @86daytonaz If they are below the concrete slab, they will allow more water flow to hit the drain tile. It looks like that might be the case....

  • That first wall has foundation shear. Waterproofing will not fix the hydrostatic load. Need stucural vertical column supports.

  • @86daytonaz - not sure why he did it but i know that some contractors do it to drain the water that builds up in the space between the cinder blocks

  • why did you drill holes into the concrete blocks all around the bottom area by the footing?
